Good reasons to write:

• a guide is out of date, for example because X changed an image size or a menu
• the photo tool misbehaves in your browser (please tell us which browser and device)
• you'd like a preset we don't have yet

Please don't send us your photos. The tool never needs them, and we'd rather not receive personal images by email.

We're a small team, so replies can take a few days. We only use your address to answer you.

We can't help with X accounts, lost posts, or recovering photos from Twitpic or other closed services. For problems with X itself, use X's own help center. TwitPickr is not affiliated with X Corp., Flickr or Twitpic.
